Grief Support Group - a sacred and supportive space to explore your feelings, honor your grief, and move forward in healing with ongoing community.

Grief Group for Various Kinds of Loss. This group will provide a space for you to process the unique grief that accompanies transitions such as death of a significant person, the end of a relationship, the loss of health, job, community, or shifts in identity.  We’ll use a variety of practices, including reflection, ritual, and sharing, to help you navigate the emotional terrain of grief and loss.

Story Slams - Bring in your true stories from your own life that want to be shared, or sit back and enjoy the show. Stories can be up to 5 minutes, and must be told, not read (no notes!)  Sign up on our mailing list to find out the Theme for the next slam.

Circling: Relational Mindfulness & Group Process

Circling is a practice of being with each other—focusing on the relational dynamics in the group and staying curious about how we impact one another. In this group we explore authentic connection and deep presence through here-and-now relating.

Immerse yourself in the art of tea with our once-a-month gathering where tea lovers and curious newcomers unite to explore the world of fine teas. Each month, you’ll  embark on a sensory journey sampling a curated selection of exquisite Far Leaves teas, guided by Brad Lebowitz, tea enthusiast and Far Leaves staff for over 25 years.

Discover the history, culture, and craftsmanship behind each tea, as you learn the secrets to brewing the perfect cup; via primarily the Chinese gongfu cha method of preparation. This casual event will cover essential techniques, from selecting quality leaves to mastering steeping times and temperatures, ensuring you can recreate the experience at home.

  • What to Expect:
    A guided tasting of 4-5 premium teas, including rare and seasonal varieties
  • Hands-on instruction in fine tea-making techniques
  • Insights into tea origins, flavors, and processing styles
  • A relaxing and engaging atmosphere to connect with fellow tea enthusiasts

Boardgame Day - We have a few games but bring in your boards and your friends and enjoy some nice tea while playing some rounds of your favorites.
